What we can't help with
We're an independent review and comparison site, not an operator. That means we can't access your poker account, process a deposit or withdrawal, verify your identity, or resolve a dispute with a specific site. For anything account-related — login issues, missing funds, bonus crediting, KYC checks, or closing an account — you'll need to contact that operator's own support team directly, usually through the live chat or help section inside their site or app.
Before you get in touch about a bonus or offer
If your query relates to a welcome bonus or promotion listed on our site, keep in mind that offers change and always carry conditions — minimum deposit, playthrough or wagering requirements, time limits, and eligibility rules set by the operator. We do our best to keep terms current as of {{ page.updated_at }}, but the operator's own terms and conditions always take precedence. If something looks out of date, that's exactly the kind of thing worth flagging to us.
